90 Minutes — £500

One session. No ongoing commitment required.

Bring your single biggest business or sales challenge. Bruce will analyse it, possibly challenge your assumptions, diagnose it, and give you a specific, actionable plan to implement immediately.

A written summary of key actions and recommendations is included after every session.

Ideal for business owners who need direct expert input on one specific challenge — or who want to experience working with Bruce before committing to an ongoing programme.

OPTION 3 — THE ONE DAY + STRATEGIC PLANNING INTENSIVE

Full Day + Follow Up Session — £2,500
